Village Historique Acadien
Travel back in time and visit the Village Historique Acadien. Tour through the homes of more than 150 years of heritage and meet more than 80 interpreters living as if it were two centuries ago. Observe the arrival of a new school teacher to the village or the promise of marriage between two young lovers. Visit the grand hotel, Chateau Albert - a replica of the hotel that once belonged to Gerard Paulin's mothers family, the Alberts and was located nextdoor to Hotel Paulin from 1907 to 1955, until destroyed by fire.
Hotel Paulin is situated on the Bay of Chaleur, along
the Acadian Peninsula, one of the most scenic shores
of the Maritime Provinces.
